Man arrested after death of woman in Newry

Police investigating the suspicious death of a 20-year-old woman in Newry have arrested a 23-year-old man.

The woman was found dead at her home in Drumalane Park on Sunday morning.

A post-mortem is to be conducted to establish the cause of death.

A PSNI spokesman said the investigation is at an early stage and police are not looking for anyone else in connection with the death.
