Commuters warned of delays as emergency services fight Dublin city centre blaze
Commuters have been warned of delays.
Emergency services are at the scene of a fire on Eden Quay in Dublin.
The blaze is located at a premises near the Rosie Hackett Bridge.
Dublin Fire Brigade confirmed fire engines and ambulances are at the scene of the incident, which occurred at a multi-storey building.
Commuters have been warned they may face delays as Luas' Green Line services are "currently not operating" between St Stephens Green and Dominick.
"This is due to a non-Luas related incident blocking the tracks in the City Centre. Services are operating between Brides Glen and St Stephens Green, and between Dominick and Broombridge only. Luas tickets are valid on Dublin Bus for the duration of this disruption," said a spokesperson for Luas via X.
Local diversions are currently in place.
