Blustery day ahead: Met Éireann issues wind warning for three counties

Three counties are under a status yellow wind warning this Tuesday, with Met Éireann warning of "very strong" winds.
According to the forecaster, very strong and gusty southeast winds are to be expected in Dublin, Wexford and Wicklow.
The warning will be in place until 2pm.
Met Éireann has warned of hazardous travelling conditions, as well as wave overtopping and localised coastal flooding.
More generally, Tuesday will see rain and blustery conditions in the south and west, which will gradually move northeastwards across the country.
A brief clearance to sunny spells and isolated showers will follow behind the rain before further outbreaks of rain push into the southwest later.
Meanwhile, fresh to strong southeasterly winds will decrease moderate to fresh behind the rain, with highest temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees.
This evening will be cloudy, with outbreaks of rain spreading from the southwest. The rain will become lighter and patchier as the night goes on with clear spells developing. Lowest temperatures of 2 to 6 degrees are to be expected, according to the forecaster.
The weather will remain unsettled for the rest of the week, with frequent spells of rain.
