The two men were pronounced dead at the scene, and no other injuries were reported.

Autopsies will be carried out in due course and the outcomes of which will determine the course of the investigation.

However, foul play is not suspected at this time.

The scene is currently preserved for technical examination, and gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
