Rain warning for Cork, Kerry, Waterford and four other counties with river and coastal flooding risk

A status yellow rain warning has been issued for seven counties for Monday into Tuesday, with Met Éireann warning of heavy rain and localised flooding in affected areas. 

The warning for Cork, Kerry, Waterford, Tipperary, Wexford, Kilkenny, and Carlow, will be in place from 9pm on Monday night.
