Watch: Catherine Connolly inaugurated as the tenth president of Ireland

President Catherine Connolly was inaugurated as Ireland’s 10th president at a ceremony in Dublin Castle on Tuesday afternoon. She was joined by her husband, Brian McEnery, and her two sons, Stephen and Brian. The 68-year-old takes over the role from former president Michael D. Higgins whose 14-year term has ended. Ireland's third female president pledged to champion inclusivity, unity, peace and environmental responsibility during her speech.
