HSE commits to more than 100 additional surgeries for endometriosis patients

The HSE has committed to carrying out more than 100 additional surgeries for endometriosis patients waiting for treatment, beginning from today.

The move was announced by health minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill as she attended a Patient Voice Forum, at which women suffering from endometriosis — an extremely painful and debilitating condition — shared their experiences.
