Thousands attend pro-Palestine rallies across the country

Thousands of pro-Palestine protesters have marched through cities and towns across the country in opposition to Israel’s military operation in Gaza.

Large crowds gathered outside the US Embassy in Dublin on Saturday afternoon before marching to the Department of Foreign Affairs. Those present chanted and held placards calling on the Government to implement sanctions on Israel.
