Some health services would collapse if 'insourcing' ended overnight, HSE head says

Some health services could collapse if funding for top-up care known as 'insourcing' is removed too suddenly, the Oireachtas Health Committee has heard.

The discussion followed publication on Tuesday of a HSE report showing almost €100m was spent in just 27 months on this funding.
