One arrest after Dáil suspended due to public gallery protest

A group of pro-Palestine protesters were escorted from Leinster House after their protest led to the suspension of the Dáil this evening.

A man was arrested after an interruption in the Dáil this evening when a group began shouting "shame", "stop the genocide" and "free free Palestine".

Proceedings had to be suspended when a commotion began in the visitor's gallery where a group of pro-Palestinian protesters were seated.
