Man arrested on suspicion of two murders and one attempted murder in Belfast

A man has been arrested on suspicion of two murders and one attempted murder in Belfast.

The 50-year-old has been detained in connection with the murder of Jim Donegan, 43, in west Belfast in 2018; the murder of Danny McClean, 54, in north Belfast in 2021 and the attempted murder of taxi driver Sean O’Reilly in west Belfast in February.
