The number of qualified apprentices out of employment or education or who were presumed to have emigrated dropped significantly since the peak of the recession, new figures show. 

The Central Statistics Office (CSO) published data on Friday that focused for the first time solely on the outcomes of apprenticeships, of those who qualified in 2020.
