Boy, 11, injured in school stabbing to be guest of Irish soccer team at Aviva Stadium match

A schoolboy stabbed by another pupil in school earlier this month will be a guest of honour for the Republic of Ireland senior men's squad when they face Senegal in a friendly match at the Aviva Stadium in June.

Mason Geraghty, aged 11, from Finglas, north Dublin, suffered a knife wound while playing in the school yard at morning break in St Finian’s school.
