No Irish peacekeepers injured in attack on UNIFIL convoy in Beirut

No Irish peacekeepers were present when United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) vehicles were attacked near Beirut's Hariri International Airport on Friday, the Tánaiste has said.

According to reports, a UNIFIL convoy transporting peacekeepers to the airport in the Lebanese capital was attacked on Friday evening.
