Taoiseach and Tánaiste reject Israeli claims on 'obligation' to take in Palestinians

The Israeli defence minister's claim that countries like Ireland, Spain and Norway are "legally obliged" to take in Palestinians has been rejected by both the Taoiseach and Tánaiste.

Defence Minister Israel Katz said that it would be hypocritical of these countries to refuse to accept Gazans as they have previously criticised Israel's bombardment of the enclave.
