Watch: Local farmers rescue residents in the Glen of Aherlow

Despite having an eleven week old baby at home, Tipperary farmer Liam Richardson along with friends Raymond O’Halloran and Paul Sweeney are being hailed as heroes by the local community in the Glen of Aherlow. They have tirelessly volunteered their time since Sunday’s snowfall, delivering food and essential supplies to the isolated and vulnerable, clearing roads and rescuing stranded motorists.
