Ireland provides €6m for Ukraine energy infrastructure

Ireland has provided €6m to fund the rebuilding of Ukraine’s critical infrastructure, including the ongoing destruction of its energy capacity by Russian forces.

Ukraine and EU leaders have expressed grave concerns over the coming winter, with estimates that 70% of the country’s energy capacity has been destroyed.
