Most motorists have escaped a toll increase for next year but buses, coaches and HGVs will pay more to use the country's main toll roads from January 1.

Tolls on the Dublin Port Tunnel southbound are also set to rise from €12 to €13 at peak morning times from January 1 in a bid to preserve tunnel capacity for heavy goods vehicles (HGVs), with M50 prices set to increase for motorists without a tag or video account.
