Taoiseach open to tourist tax, while Fianna Fáil suggests the timing is wrong

Taoiseach Simon Harris has said he has an “open mind” on introducing a tourist tax, but Fianna Fáil has pushed back on increasing costs for people travelling to Ireland.

The Taoiseach was speaking as the government launched the report of the Dublin City Taskforce, which has issued a number of recommendations to improve the city centre.
