'World needs to do more' for Ukraine, says Taoiseach

Collapsed shelving still holding children’s books lies partially smashed inches from the gaping hole left by one of many blasts that obliterated much of Borodynka, exposing the once well-loved third-storey room to the sky.

The Ukrainian town, north of Kyiv, was one of the worst-hit areas in the wider Kyiv region during the early months of the war.
