Funding withdrawn for secondhand social house purchases

The Department of Housing has come under fire for withdrawing funding for the purchasing of individual secondhand social houses.

Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs) have used the Capital Advance Leasing Facility (Calf) funding model to purchase specialist homes for people with disabilities, larger families, and others with specific needs.
