Madonna sued by concertgoer for producing 'pornography without warning' 

Plaintiff claims he was 'forced to watch topless women on stage simulating sex acts', which caused him 'emotional distress'

Madonna has been sued by a concertgoer at her Celebration world tour, who alleges the singer produced “pornography without warning” and he “was forced to watch topless women on stage simulating sex acts”.

In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles, the plaintiff, Justen Lipeles, makes a series of allegations regarding her March 7 concert. The concert’s promoter, Live Nation, is named alongside Madonna as a defendant.
