O'Brien publishes proposed wording on housing referendum 

Minister for Housing Darragh O'Brien criticised some of the Commission's proposals.

The Housing Commission’s report on amending the Constitution to provide a right to housing has been published by Minister Darragh O'Brien, including a proposed referendum wording.

The commission's report, which was leaked earlier this week, provides 83 recommendations to Government to reform its existing Housing for All plan.
