Overwhelming majority believe Ireland should remain in the EU

There has been a slight decline in satisfaction with the EU among Irish people, but only a small minority think the country should leave the union.

A poll from European Movement Ireland and Amárach Research shows that the overwhelming majority of people in Ireland (84%) and Northern Ireland (76%), believe Ireland should remain a member of the EU, with the figure in Ireland down four points on last year.
