People in Dublin had most disposable income during height of covid lockdown

Disposable income is the amount of money an individual or household has to spend or save after income taxes have been deducted.

People in Dublin had the most disposable income during the height of covid lockdown, new figures from the Central Statistics Office (CSO) have shown.

Residents in the capital had an average disposable income of €27,958 per person in 2021, which was 15% higher than the State average and up 3.8% on the 2020 statistics.
