Young child found beside dead mother in distressing child law case
The case is among more than 50 reports published by the Child Law Project.
A young child was found beside their dead mother in the company of a person against whom sexual abuse allegations had been made, according to the latest volume of reports from the Child Law Project.
The case came before the court when a guardian ad litem made an application to refer Tusla’s Signs of Safety policy to the Ombudsman for Children, arguing that the policy had “a dreadful effect on a particular child who the GAL had been appointed to.”
