'It could get scary': Couple don't know how family home was listed as 'hotel' on Booking.com

When guests book to stay, the site states that payment is on arrival only, however, guests must give card details to confirm the booking.

A couple in Westmeath still don't know why their house was listed on a major hotel booking site resulting in guests arriving at their door and said they struggled to get the listing removed.

Rebecka and Michael McDonnell in Kinnegad said it is “very strange” that their family home was listed on Booking.com.
