Public Expenditure Minister Paschal Donohoe speaking to the media as he attends day three of the National Ploughing Championships at Ratheniska, Co Laois. Mr Donohoe has criticised scenes outside Leinster House on Wednesday as appalling. He praised the gardaí for their work and appealed to people interested in becoming involved in politics not to be deterred.
