Good progress in negotiations to secure Stormont restoration, Heaton-Harris says

“Good progress” is being made in the negotiations with the DUP towards a restoration of Stormont, the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland has said.

Chris Heaton-Harris also said there would be no re-negotiation of the the Windsor Framework.
