8,071 new cases of Covid-19 confirmed

Health officials have confirmed more than 8,000 new cases of Covid-19 have been recorded on Tuesday.

The Health Protection Surveillance Centre has been notified of 3,300 PCR-confirmed cases while 4,771 people registered a positive antigen test through the HSE portal.
