Priti Patel meets Birmingham pub bombings families to discuss Troubles statue of limitations plans

The UK's Home Secretary entered into discussions with the families of Birmingham pub bombings victims after the Government was urged to explain why it wants to “close the book” on the case.

Priti Patel arrived at the West Midlands Combined Authority offices in the city on Wednesday to discuss the 1974 blasts which killed 21 people.
