Single people are, on average, eight years older when buying homes or apartments than they were in 2010, according to a new report from the Central Statistics Office (CSO).

The report, entitled Characteristics of Residential Property Purchasers 2010-2019, analyses data on people who purchased a residential property in Ireland and provides insights into the housing market.
