Rents rise in Cork, Limerick, and Waterford during pandemic 

Renters in Cork City, Waterford, and Galway were among the hardest hit with rent increases during the pandemic months, according to the latest market report.

Research by Daft.ie shows rents have fallen in Dublin, but continue to rise in the other major cities.
