Someone in Ireland is €8.5m richer after winning tonight’s Lotto jackpot.

The winning numbers drawn were 7, 24, 27, 33, 34, 40 and the bonus was 30.

The winning player has scooped the €8,530,884 jackpot.

There was no winner of the Lotto Plus 1 or Lotto Plus 2 draws.
