Hauliers ‘need financial aid for Irish Sea border’

A 12-month grace period and urgent financial aid is needed to iron out problems with the post-Brexit Irish Sea trade border, hauliers said.

The British government must intervene with extra cash before jobs are lost at freight companies, the industry warned.
