The freeze on pay in the public sector has been described as “disappointing” by the Northern Ireland finance minister.

Sinn Féin MLA Conor Murphy has hit out at the announcement by UK Chancellor Rishi Sunak, which he said would not support the health service or the most vulnerable in society.
