Public service dentistry is facing a "full-blown" resourcing crisis due to staff being redeployed to Covid-testing, the incoming president of the Irish Dental Association (IDA) has warned.

Dr Anne O'Neill warned the needs of patients "cannot be met" due to the crisis.
