Man to appear in court on imitation firearm charges

A 32-year-old man has been arrested over a number offences including carrying an imitation firearm in a public place.

He is due to appear at Ballymena Magistrates’ Court on Monday July 27.

The Public Prosecution Service will review the charges.

The charges are in connection with an incident on Broughshane Road, Ballymena, in the early hours of this Saturday morning.
