Family with special needs children begin constitutional action over parking permit refusal

A number of special needs children and their mother have launched a High Court action claiming that the laws and regulations governing who is entitled to disabled parking permits breaches their constitutional rights.

The action arises after the mother, who is the young children's full-time carer, applied for, but was refused a Disabled Person's Parking Permit.
