Dublin solicitor to stand trial accused of theft and perverting course of justice

A criminal defence solicitor is to stand trial accused of theft and perverting the course of justice.

Cahir O’Higgins, 45, had been charged last month and was given bail with his case listed today for the first time before Dublin District Court.
