'Cop on', councillor says after gardaí turn people away from Wicklow beach
People need to “cop on and behave themselves” an independent councillor in Co Wicklow has warned.
Cllr Tom Fortune was commenting after good weather at the weekend saw many people ignoring the two kilometre rule to flock to the beach at Kilcoole, close to where he lives.
