TD calls for greater social welfare flexibility for people susceptible to Covid-19

There is a call for greater flexibility in the social welfare system in order to greater protect the vulnerable during the Covid-19 outbreak.

It comes as An Post unveiled a range of measures to help customers minimise their visits during the pandemic.
