'Not many people fall three times': Cork man has third compensation claim dismissed

A young man who “appears to have a problem walking down footpaths” has brought his third claim for compensation against Cork City Council for tripping on a footpath.

The judge dismissed the claim saying there was a perfectly good footpath across the road but the plaintiff chose to walk on the faulty one.
