Gardaí seek help locating teen missing from Dublin since October

Gardaí are appealing for help in locating a missing 17-year-old.

Oltjan Kurtulaj has been missing from the Palmerstown area of Dublin 20 since Tuesday, October 8.

Oltjan is described as being approximately 6'5" with a slim build.

He has black hair and brown eyes.
