Kildare man who went to shop for a chicken roll wins €100k on scratch card

"I just stopped in to buy a chicken fillet roll for my lunch and on an impulse I just said to the person behind the counter to give me two Money Multiplier 20x scratch cards," the man explained.

A Kildare man who made an "impulse" decision to buy a scratch card when going for his lunch, has expressed his shock after he won €100,000.

The man won the top prize on the National Lottery’s Money Multiplier 20x scratch card admitted he can't believe his luck and said he will share the prize with his mother.
