Ceann Comhairle says findings of voting scandal report 'stark and unpalatable'

The speaker of the Dáil, Ceann Comhairle Sean O Fearghail, has said the findings of voting scandal report were "stark and unpalatable."

He said last week's scandal was a “political failure,” which eroded public confidence in politics.
