Man due in NI court after being extradited from Republic over UDR murders
A 67-year-old man is due in court this morning after being extradited to the North on foot of a European Arrest Warrant.
It was issued by the PSNI, which is investigating the murder of two Ulster Defence Regiment Soldiers in 1972.
Gardaí arrested him yesterday.
He will appear before Omagh Magistrates Court later this morning.
