Shane Ross won’t ‘get into a battle’ over funding

Transport Minister Shane Ross has refused to be drawn into a battle over Brexit funding with the agriculture minister.

A €650m emergency contingency fund was announced to help farmers, businesses, and the tourism industry in a no-deal Brexit scenario.
