Woman taking pain killers died of accidental overdose, inquest hears

A 66-year-old woman taking tablets to manage pain accidentally died of an overdose, an inquest heard.

Bernadette Sweeney from Corduff in Dublin 15 was feeling unwell the day before her death with stomach pain and breathlessness.
