Major water pipe bursts for second time this summer in Farranfore

For the second time this summer, a major water pipe has burst at Farranfore, the village serving the N22 main Tralee to Killarney Road, as well as Kerry Airport.

Heavy goods trucks as well as huge volumes of traffic in the village which has been awaiting a bypass since 2003 is felt to be responsible.
